December Pre-order forms are here! 

Click above to fill out the form. This form is a reservation pre-order. Payment will be collected at pickup, unless you request an invoice*.  An automated copy of your order from Google Forms will be sent shortly after order is placed. If you don't see it, you can check your SPAM folder. If there is a typo in your email form response, you will not get the confirmation email from Google Forms. *invoices can only be sent for pre-determined priced items. Raw meat cannot be prepaid because it requires a weighed price at pickup.
